Processing Times:

There are various processing times for different product types due to the handmade nature of the items:

Jewellery Dishes

All dishes require 7-10 working days to ship as they are made-to-order items, and take around this time to be hand shaped, sanded, painted and sealed so that the best care is taken when I make your plate or bowl!

Clay Gift Tags

Are usually ready to ship within 3-5 working days. If you are ordering quite a few, this may take slightly longer - I will contact you if this is the case.

Affirmation Cards & Greeting Cards

• Shipped within Standard 1-3 working days 
• Upgrades for Signed and Tracked available

Earrings

Each pair are made in small batches to ensure the best quality is being produced for each piece and limiting material wastage. If your order comes in as a batch has just ended, then it will take the full processing time to make and ship (4 working days).

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive at your door within the following timescales:
